About Me
I am a portrait photographer based in Leven, near Beverley, East Yorkshire. I provide a friendly portrait service to suit you,whether it be traditional studio style portraits or lifestyle/natural photography in your own home.
I specialise in children's photography and as a mother of two lively girls know all the pitfalls of trying to photograph the ones you love.
My photography takes into account your busy lives and I aim to design a service to meet your individual needs. As we are all unique so is my approach to you and your family.
I have previously worked as a youth worker and more recently a college lecturer for East Riding College. So I have been CRB checked and cleared.
Although I have taken a number of different career paths, the one constant has been photography. It is the one thing that I have maintained a passion for. I have passed my City and Guilds in photography and I constantly strive to update my skills and knowledge. This Spring I attended a workshop run by Annabel Williams, a portrait photographer held in high regard throughout the industry. I also attended a seminar run by Martin Oliver another skilled photographer with a contemporary approach.
